MCO Day 12

Mee suah soup for lunch.

It's been awhile since I cooked this, ever since I discovered dried mee suah hehe.

Back to ol' times eh.

On another note, I self trim my hair today. Abit weird looking, but no choice, no barber or hairdresser open.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

MCO Day 11

It's the weekend! But a MCO weekend.

And a MCO weekend is not fun, but essential nonetheless.

Wefie.

Our simple spaghetti lunch.

Afternoon nap.

Simple dinner.

My hair is growing too long. Time for a home hair cut maybe?

MCO Day 9

Our dinner for today.

I am grateful for our every meals.

But the jam from my workplace to the bridge today, unspeakable.

Took me 2 and a half hours to reach back. Gosh.

MCO Day 8

You went to Aventis Bakery to top up on bread, oats and other healthy food stuffs hehe.

Luckily Adventis Bakery still open.

Amazing bread can last 3 months in the freezer.

MCO Day 7

Our dinner exchange.

Nothing much today.

It rained today.

MCO Day 5

It's a Sunday today. The sky is beautiful but we couldn't go out.

Today's breakfast was hard boiled eggs.

Lunch was tomyam fried spaghetti. Forgot to take pictures.

Then it was our usual weekly house cleaning.

Our simple dinner.

It's times like this when we appreciate the simpleness of life. We don't need much to live.

Tomorrow need to go back to work. Have to keep vigilant and careful.

MCO Day 4

Saturday today.

Remind me of last time in Seremban, we did spent our weekends just lazing at home. Guess this is no different, just that now we can't even go Tesco together. And with landed house, at least we still could go out in the yard.

Our lunch. Fried rice with sunny side egg and vege.

Our simple dinner.

MCO Day 3

The streets are clear in the morning.

And in the evening.

Your parents sent more food supplies and cooked for us too. I am grateful for them.

This is our simple dinner for tonight.

We shall stay at home over the weekend and see how things goes.

Hope we don't irritate each other too much hehe.

MCO Day 2

Journey to work is a breeze with the lack of cars around.

My dear dear got 2 days unrecorded leave from work, but I don't have, huhu.

Cooked simple noodles for dinner. Am grateful your parents gave us vegetables to cook every week.

MCO Day 1 (Continued)

My lunch for today. At least still got food delivery.

You had steamed okra for dinner today.

Good news for today, Airbnb agreed to refund fully to us for our cancelled Switzerland trip!

We shall go travelling again when this thing subsides, I promise.

Movement Control Order Day 1

I want to document our experiences in this two weeks of Restricted Movement Order.

So, today is 18th Mac, the first day.

We still have to work, (I am grateful we still have work, where others might have lost their jobs).

I am having 1-10pm shift today, so I am hopeful everyone stays at home and don't come to hospital! Unless you are unwell of course.

Went to stock up on food supplies just in case. At least we still have food take aways and deliveries.

Well, at least we still have each other to go through this. We can go through anything as long as we have each other.

Hong Kong cafe

Our last cafe outing before the lock down.

No cafes for two weeks huhu.

The pork chop and pork satay rice that I ordered is worth it.

APlace 26

A nice place to start your day and have a healthy breakfast.

Seriously good.

Too bad the avocados were still hard and unable to be ordered.

Will definitely come again.

Beetroot and celery juice anyone?

One warning though. Make sure you have time to spare. Because it really takes time to prepare the breakfast. But it's worth the wait.

Kirin Sushi

Newly opened sushi place in town near Gama Mall.

A good view of the outside while dining.

Price wise is above average, taste wise is also okok.

The rice on the sushi rolls easily falls off though.
